I've been working on a few weekly EMA Envelope filters. Buying after the ETF has closed below the weekly lower sma envelope(15,10).

ON the backtest I used

entry as per the filter. Exit is 15% gain, close above upper weekly sma envelope or close below the 10 week low or 15% stop and a max 16 day hold period.

This one backtests ok with the triple leveraged etf's. Reward/Risk - 1.62 and ROI 80.1

and close today is above weekly lower sma envelope(15,10.0)
and ema(8) increasing for the last 1 days
and close yesterday is 2% greater than 10 week low
and draw weekly ema(40)

certainly has not given many entries lately and actually does not trigger unless you get that pullback. forces you to buy after the pullback. Might see a few trades trigger in the next week to 10 days.

SF may have a problem with you not stating what 10 week low you want to consider, is it the low (use "low 10 week low"), the close (use "close 10 week low") etc.
