How come SIAL appeared at the top of the list when i ran it Sunday night (filled the gap 84 times out of the past 100 days), but this evening when I just ran the filter it is not on the list anymore? SIAL did fill the gap again today, but even if it hadn't it should have just moved further down the list, no? ... the same happened with WYNN and AMZN...

Furthermore, RIMM appeared on the list this evening as having filled the gap 76 out of the past 100 days... so why didn't this appear in the list generated on Sunday? Some of the stocks on the list from Sunday filled the gap as few as 62 of the last 100 days...

Just speculation, but if you used filter on pg. 1 of this thread, under SELECTION CRITERIA, price setting is for CLOSE

ABOVE 40. SIAL closed below 40, it fell off the list and RIMM closed above 40 today, so it appeared on the list as of today.

Yes, I ran the filter from the first page.... so that seems reasonable (regarding the limit of 40)... thanks!!

Which filter is everyone running, if not the one on the first page? And just for my own curiosity, why would we want a limit of 40 in place, as used in the filter on the first page?
