http://www.fibonaccitrader.com/

Looks like these guys are selling an automated charting package.

This site has a lot of free information.

Sell a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and you just ruined a perfectly good business opportunity.

I think Karl Marxs said that.....

OK I read the paper on the FIB Zones.

It seems Krausz divide the areas between the Support band 2 and Resistance band 2 into 6 zones.

Now what he did was run stats on the zones, for example if SPY closed in Zone 4 and Opened the next day in Zone 2, what are the chances price will hit the other 5 zones.

Now this will be a pain to code in one scan because there are 36 combinations of close and open positions.

But I think it will be very insight full, TROs gap checker gives percent of times the gap was filled, this is taking it 6 steps more..... by adding in yesterdays close zone, it defines the gap trade by 36 zones, and satisticly you can trade the high stat set ups............

My thought was to break it into 36 scans...... close in zone 1 open in zone 6,,,,,,,,close in zone 1 open in zone 5.

All the info is free of charge.....

You could also use these stats for end of day gap plays.........TRO has a scan for that too..

But how nice would it be to know if the stock close in Zone 2 the chance of a gap up or reaching Zone 3 the next day was 80%...

Eman93,

Which filter are you using to draw your Fib Zones?

Thanks,

Just started drawing Fib Zones today on my charts, I thought this was pretty cool. I'll
try it again tomorrow.
