Can anyone suggest a filter to express a price that is down from a recent previous high & currently in a consolidation phase (stk moving sideways in a very tight price range)? Thnx--------------Sid

You can play with the Bollinger Band filters, as the BB is ideal for locating stocks that are in a consolidation or breakout. Something like:

Fetcher[Show stocks where lower bollinger band(20) has been increasing over the last 3 days
and upper bollinger band(20) has been decreasing over the last 3 days
and Average Volume(90) is above 50000
and close is between 5 and 250
]

Also, search the archive for Bollinger on Bollinger Bands, I remember a post from someone who had created filters for other BB plays.
