Avery, you wrote this filter and I have a question. I'd like to get in on stocks where the weekly rsi(2) has just begun a move upward. I believe it was rtucker and niko who said that is only calculated once per week (on Friday).
Here's one example: If you look at IET on 18 June, the weekly rsi(2) started up (Monday) and continued moving up. Can this filter be adjusted to find stocks where the weekly rsi(2) has just begun an upward movement?

Sorry...the example I wanted to give was IEF, not IET and OVEN is another one on the same day, 18 June............Frank
