I am looking for the syntax for a filter where stocks are in a downtrend. However, I want the filter to pull up results showing stocks that are at the top of and/or approaching the top of the most recent downtrend. I am looking to short these stocks based on this filter. I have read many filters on this forum from others with this type of filter but reversed for uptrending stocks that have recently pulled back a little, but nothing for downtrends at and/or approaching a top. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Take a look at my FINDING THE NEXT NTRI FILTER.

A TREND column reading of xx0 indicates stocks in a 200 day downtrend.
A TREND column reading of x0x indicates stocks in a 60 day downtrend.

Then look at the BALLON column to see what the stock's price position is.

Modify the filter to fit your needs.
