When they crash, they suck.
And when they crash, tech support doesn't answer the phones!
A few months ago, they did an "upgrade" on their systems DURING TRADING HOURS FOR THREE DAYS! This has happened more than once.
Why they don't do their upgrades on week-ends is beyond me; and they give you no explanation, no apology, no compensation or credit for the inconvenience .... nada.
Plus, for some reason, I can't get Prophet to work with Firefox (Mozilla). This might have something to do with the god-awful Vista. Nevertheless, it's annoying not to be able to use Firefox on one screen and Internet Explorer on my other screen. PNet support has no clue why Prophet.net always crashes when I try to use I.E. and Firefox simultaneously.
On a positive note, PNet is extremely EASY to use, and it's cheap.
If I could find something as EASY and cheap as Pnet, I would discontinue PNET.
It IS soooooooo easy to use ... there's no learning curve.
You just sign in, and you're ready to go!
