So I am trying to come up with an idea to find tops. Here is my thoughts:

Stock close (or even high) at 52 week high
RSI Below 60 day high
30 day sma above 50 day sma
optionable

Looking for the top here, divergence in price and rsi (12-15) for 1-4 week holds.

I am stuck on how to define the RSI parameter above, any thoughts?

There is a site called marketinout that has a stock screener that seems to have figured out how to identify divergences on various indicators including RSI(14). Recent examples are MLNX and EGHT. Unfortunately, you cannot see the code that they use in order to replicate it. This may be of no value but I mention it for what it is worth.
