I WOULD LIKE TO DEVELOP SOME SYNTAX WHICH WOULD SEARCH FOR CERTAIN TECHNICAL INDICATORS WHICH HAVE BEEN BELOW OR ABOVE 30 MINUTE TIME FRAMES FOR 3 OR 4 PERIODS ??? EG: SHOW RSI(2) WHICH HAS BEEN BELOW 10 FOR THE PAST 60 MINUTES OR ABOVE 90 FOR LAST 30 MINUTES ???? THESE SHORT TERM TIME FRAMES ARE VERY DYNAMIC AND I ENJOY USING THEM.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

This cannot be done in Stockfetcher. It uses daily or weekly data bars only.

Let's have it John from you as you said it can be done for TOS. You seem to be pretty familiar with TOS and the process involved in developing it's script. I just subscribed for TOS and wish to use it for Options Trading. Any help and suggestions to use TOS more effectively would be highly appreciated..

I can be reached at bkhurana43@yahoo.com

bkhurana43:
Click on the Marketwatch tab.
Click on the Study Alert...located on the top right side of the window.
Another window will pop up, here you will select your :
study...RSI_EMA
Plot...RSI_EMA
Trigger it...at or above ( a drop down box with various selections)
Threshold....10( or what ever value)

on you right you will be able to select your:
Aggregation...30 mins ( or whatever timeframe you required)
Parameters: length, overbought, oversold...etc.
click on ....create alert found at the bottom right

play with, it has more options...got to run...HTH

Please help me with a script for adding a column in TOS under MarketWatch/Quote display that is identical to "Net Change". You may call it "Net Diff". This would help identifying (sorting) stocks going up or down before the market opens. Thanks
