Anyone have a good filter to find undervalued, beaten down stocks? I can add my price and volume parameters but am having a hard time coming up with the main parameters. Am wondering if there is a search option within this board as I can't find any filters for what I want.

Try Finviz free screener. Use your own criteria but a quick check of
Index=SP 500
>20% below 52 week hi
PE < 15
dividend yield > 4%
gives 3 stocks

set{x,count(volume above volume 1 day ago,1)*2}
set{y,count(volume above average volume(90),3)}
set{z,x+y}
and z is above 1.1
and close has been decreasing over the last 3 days
and low is below lower bollinger band(20)
and count(close above open,3) is below 2.1
and rsi(2) is below 1
and close is between .50 and 100 and average volume(90) is above 250000
