Fetcher[weekly rsi(2) one day ago < 10 and weekly rsi(2) is above weekly rsi(2) one day ago
and close is below close one day ago
and close > 10
and avg vol(90) > 1000000
and add column weekly rsi(2) one day ago
and add column weekly rsi(2)

Could someone help explain something to me? If I run this filter with date offset 0 you will see that JAVA is a match. If you look at the weely rsi(2) on the 14th it is above that on the 13th. However, if I run a date offset of 4 (which is the 14th) JAVA is not a match....but it should be. Can anyone help?.......................Thanks much, Frank
