Based on this blog ... http://tinyurl.com/39mkdp ... I adapted this filter

Fetcher[
and close > 2
and close is > 0.5% above ma(20)
and close has been increasing over the last 30 days
]


I simply tweaked the "increasing over the last X days" until I averaged a certain number of stocks/day
