you play stocks that have increments of 1-2 cents in their option prices-- at 1545 if they are going to have earnings in ah or the next morning-- you play big cap stocks that dont move much on earning because they have such large out standing shares--you check to see if the options are way over priced and most are here are 4 plays just from the last week---aa @14.20 before earnings you want to buy a strangle that is 5-10% above and below the stock price if possible--so that gave us the 12.5 oct puts and the 15 oct calls- they were over priced by 200-500%-- the 15 calls were 0.38 and the 12.5 puts were 0.16-- we sell both the put and the call----let look at these stocks aa 12.5 put 0.16 to 0.01 15 call 0.38 to 0.04 abt 52.5 call 0.10-05 48 put 0.45-.05 jpm jpm 49c 0.11-0.09 43 p-- 0.21 to 0.02 intc 21c 0.33-0.26 so far 19p--0.11-0.02

Like "C".
"C" has earnings CC tomorrow morning @ 8:00 AM.
If expectations are up and earnings are down, then you should short. (buy puts).
We'll see tomorrow!

Or they could pull some bullsh*T like ...
""C" is UP since they "missed expectations by only a penny".
OR
"C" is DOWN since they missed expectations by a penny.

WTH!!
LOL!
