nevermind

you could change your chart setting to 2 years and scan for a new 52 week low, then just scan the charts for what you want in your price range

jrbikes Thank you for the help jr. When you say: change my chart settings, to 2 years, I can only picture pulling up any 2 year chart, but scaning for a new 52 week low from that position, I cant picture that very well. Could you possibly explain that just a little further please. Thank you

I'm not sure there is a way to specify a particular month (eg. "November") in your filter. At best, you can search within a specific day range using the days() function, but I believe that only extends back to 100 days.

But then on second thought, this might get you up and running:

Fetcher[
set{lo52wk,count(price 52 weeks ago reached a new 52 week low within the last 30 days,1) * count(price 124 weeks ago reached a new 52 week low within the last 30 days,1)}
lo52wk above 0
]

I just ran the filter and no bug is detected so ure good to go!

MAYBE...

Fetcher[

set{ low52w, low 52 week low}
set{ xlow52, count( low equal low52w, 1)}
set{ ylow52, count( low 1 year ago equal low52w 1 year ago, 5 )}

xlow52 > .5
ylow52 > .50
YLOW52 1 DAY AGO < .5
CLOSE > .3
VOLUME > 100000

set{ xhigh52, count( high equal high52w, 1)}
set{ yhigh52, count( high 1 year ago equal high52w 1 year ago, 5 )}

yhigh52 > .50
