I'm a new subscriber and using the double bottom and double top filter from the public filters, but the double bottoms and tops it gives me are 3 to 4 days old.
How do I find those stocks with the doubles today?

Technically speaking, double-bottom is defined as an "M" pattern and double-top is defined as a "W" pattern. You seemed to have forgot to take into consideration the second advance (decline) from the second trough (peak). Unless the support or resistance line is effectively broken, it ain't no double-anything because you'll likely end up with a pseudo double-top or psudo double-bottom like the one below:
