Is ther a way to have a filter only trigger an entry when an index (Dow or S&P) is above or below a certain level or MA?

Here's an example where the SPX must be below it's 200 ema. NOTE: I did this because the SPX is currently under it's 200 ema. Note that the SPX is plotted with it's 200 ema in the first indicator window below the stock graph:

Fetcher[set{spx, ind(^spx,close)}
set{200ema, cema(spx,200)}
stock is optionable
and average volume(65) above 750000
and price above 10
draw 200ema on plot spx
and spx below 200ema
and price below ema(200)
]
