I do not think this can be done at the moment. Hopefully SF pays attention to these requests?

Hi,

This is currently possible through the reporting tool. We'll look into adding notes directly to results.

To add a notes column in a report, see the following steps. Note this requires some familiarity with the reporting tool.

1. Click the "REPORTS" tab
2. Select your watchlist on the left
3. Select the report you wish to modify from the top dropdown.
4. Click "edit" to modify this report
5. Add the notes column (as illustrated)
6. Once the notes column has been added, you can drag the column header to the desired location
7. Click save to save the report.
8. You may now enter notes for entries in your watchlist.
