Does anyone have ideas how to create the following filter:

1. Scan a list of stocks over a 1 year period to determine when the slope (3-4 period) of the price is close to zero (e.g. between -0.01 and 0.01)

2. Record all prices when the slope is close to zero

3. Export the price points in #2 to a table

Thanks.
