If trading is not GUESSING then why do they tell you to place a STOP LOSS?

TRO If I may... on days when you get a runaway gap... gap and traps .. i like to use the first 5 min bar high and low..

Stick to your stops and take profit.. you also need to know your pivot points all other support and resistance zones before you even think about pushing the button... it should all be plotted on the chart...

Which filter?

You can use the MTC CHECKER to see if a stock you want to trade is a COW.

AAPL and RIMM are still cows.

Rumpled: I think headlines screaming bull market are bearish contrarian indicators in the long run.

I added the HiOpCntMin column to show the lowest value for HiOpCnt over the last 100 days.

TRO - thank you for all of your great filters!
I tweaked the MTC Checker a bit to assess 1%, 2%, and 3% moves versus a 0.5% initial move (rather than a 0.10 move).
