StockFetcher:

Would it be possible to get SUMMARY DATA only when we run a filter?

For example, I might want to know how many stocks made 52 week highs and have it summed by sector and by industry.

Or, I would like to know how many stocks closed up each day over the last 5 days for NYSE and NASDAQ.

I would find this very useful and informative because I could run statistics on the data.

Thanks for all you do.

Hi TRO,
First of all: thanks for your continuous efforts on this forum. Really appreciated. About your request: have a look at www.finviz.com . It's free and has a lot of nice functions. Maybe the SF guys should look as well....
Regards, Ludo

I support this feature addition

I've been using www.finviz.com daily since i posted it on sf a while back ... it's a great source of info ... however, it'd be EVEN BETTER if we could get all those other websites' tools to work on here within SF filters
