I am currently working on a filter based on close price crossing above ma(40) and wish to use momentum(10) below 0. with my other requirements the filter works just fine. I would like to be able to screen out the stocks where momentum is not moving a positive direction.

If I understand you correctly you're looking for a filter where the close crossed above the ma(40) and the 10 period momentum is below 0 but it is increasing? If so this should meet your needs:

Fetcher[close crossed above ma(40) and momentum(10) below 0 and momentum(10) above momentum(10) 1 day ago and average volume(65) above 750000]

BTW...I could use some too. Not getting much here lately either...LOL!
