is it possible to show stocks that have gained the most in the last 10 minutes
and what code do i use.

You cannot scan for this at SF. It only scans on a dailey time scale.

Now on SF 2.0 there is a scan for interday "trading near high of the day"....... this could be what you are looking for.

What you could do is open 1 SF tab at around close 4pm est. with the phrase show stocks that gained over X% (change according to the type of market day so as not to get a ton of hits) in the last 1 day.
Then after the SF data closing prices are in, open another SF tab using the same phrase and since we have about a 15-20 min delay,just switch back and forth between the 2 tabs and compare the % increase on those that are higher in those last 15/20 mins.
This "should" work,should being the key work here:)
