Not to repost the already posted, but Traderblues brought this to everyone's attention and since I think it's a crucial element of stockfetcher, I am reposting Traderblues reply so we don't have to search for it.

You can still get there. On the My Filters page, pick your filter, then over on the far right, under Options, click on Edit. Then run View Screen, and the old format is there, with the old Date Offset box.
