Ok here is what I am doing..

Using another software piece to scan for fundamentals... Then I save that as a text file in a a notepad, and download to SF for further scanning..

so far so good.. BUT

When I try to upload OUT of SF BACK to the notepad the final list, it says "0 were successfully uploaded."

Why is this happening?

When you run your filter, there should be a link at the top that reads "download symbols". Press on that and save as "My filter.csv". Now you can load the file into any application that supports CSV format (just about every apps that I know do).
