You can develop a filter of stuff about to match your filter, then monitor the ones that are taking off in the middle of the day.

Here's one I have been using after the open:
Fetcher[obv(1) increased 1 day and gap < 2% and sort column 3 descending and close is above 1 and volume(20) is above 400000]
