Would anyone care to explain what may be wrong with the following filter...

Fetcher[
set{bet, count(slow stochastics(39,1) fast %k is between 30 and 70,1)}
set{teb, 1 - bet}
set{say, teb * close}
set{lay, say / ema(17)}
set{nay, count(lay is below .8,1)}
set{yay, count(lay is above 1.2,1)}
set{ray, nay + yay}
ray is above 0
price is between 10 and 100
and avgvol(17) above 500000
volume is above 500000
]



What I want is to yield those that close above or below the EMA(17) by 20% or more (-20<x<20), yet I seem to be getting those in between.

sorry, that should be read (x<-20; 20<x)
