I have read so many newsletters written by so-called "experts".
I've also been following BAM Investor on Twitter.
The reality is ... NO ONE KNOWS when the market is gonna "reverse down".
Certainly the "experts" I've been following don't know.
Peter Schiff's been crying wolf since March.
So far ... NO "October crash".
I've noticed, even the guys who post charts on you--tube, aren't committing to one particular direction or another.
Whether you're using linear or logrithmic charts matters not.
The market is STILL trending up.
I honestly don't think there's any real way to tell when a correction is coming in THIS market, which is clearly being
manipulated by the Fed and GS.
It a just another bubble .. a fictitious "recovery" based on Ben Bernanke's money printing machine.
The market will drop when THEY want it to.

I agree that the current uptrend is unsustainable. Even olympic athletes need to rest a bit.

I personally see this lack of volume as an indicator of a pending reversal, but God only knows when that will happen.

Still placing long bets, and will start to play some volatility-driven trades soon. I'm hoping for a market that slowly heals from its injuries, but still provides enough action to keep all of us happy as we go.

"low volume" signifies nothing. I've been hearing the "low trading volume" argument for months!
Look at this ...
Two weeks after this article was written, the biggest bull run in history started.
Note the headline: "Low Trading Volume Leads to Doubt in Markets".
Within six months, we're UP 50%.
There's no rhyme or reason to the markets. NONE!

The number of new highs on the NYSE was over 400 yesterday while the new lows remain very low and flatlined. While I
still see a strong uptrend, we are due for a "healthy breather"

I read something today about overall advances shows a high number because of income funds?

You need to make sure it sorts for equities only.... to give a clear picture of what is going on....
