What would I use to show the high/low of the previous year? I intend to do the same for quarter and month as well.

To show a 52 week low on a chart it would be:
draw low 52 week low
Just replace low with high to draw the high on the chart.

The problem is I'm looking for previous year's data (i.e. 2015), not current.

This requires SF to provide yearly data, which it currently does not.
