and all filters designed to find bullish plays look great in this kind of unprecedented bull run right now.

RUT has been up 19 of the last 21 trading days.....Seriously?!?

This is not a short trend filter, this is only a filter for one specific set up, sometimes its longer, sometimes not, you are missing the point of the filter, maybe only 3 or 4 actually meet the specific criteria, and its not all in the filter, you have to distinguish between certain points on the chart, ex: resistance, you would not just buy it because the MA(9,18,27,) were in that order, but, when they are in that order and break above a major resistance point, then you would, not all stocks are going to go up, this gives you a watch list, then you have to watch for confirmation, you can blow it off if you want, I dont care, but maybe there is more too it than you first imagined!

I don't think anyone is criticizing it or blowing it off - just saying it's capturing stocks in relatively short-term uptrends. Would be really cool if it also captured the stocks meeting that criteria and passing thru resistance points like you mentioned.

As you indicated the filter is part 1 (it finds the stocks)...

Please post part 2 (pictures and explanation of how to "play" the returned stocks) that will complete the buy strategy (entry)

Is there an exit strategy?

Thanks.
