"Jawstreetgenius:Could have gotten ESLR in the 8.20s all afternoon as well as most other solars with volume in the millions,it was the play of the week that % wise engulfed the market."

This just cracks me up! Boy, I'm sure glad you told us that we could have bought these stocks "all afternoon"....again poindexster, you couldn't enter a trade during market hours on the "CNBC CHALLENGE" It's only Pre-market and after hours! So tell us all how MARY4MONEY was going to beat everyone to the punch on the very day the news hit the media? Can you do that tough guy? Can you?...that's why CNBC does this, so geniuses like me don't wrap-up these contests from the very beginning.

I had a 100,000 share lead on everyone in the Jim Cramer "Mad Money challenge", because you could trade intraday on his. I even told all of you to take a look and vist the site for yourselves. But about 2-weeks into the contest, my wife and I separated, and I became preoccupied and quit the whole thing. So in closing, I would like you to (again) have you READ everything before you engage in sophisticated conversations here at SF!

Geeze...

CSIQ is in here
Fetcher[close is above median bollinger band(12) and close is above close 1 day ago and close is above 1 and volume is above 400000 and draw median bollinger band(12) and offset 5/09/2008]

and here
Fetcher[obv(1) increased for 2 days and close is above 1 and volume is above 400000 and draw median bollinger band(12) and offset 5/09/2008]

,two broad based filters but I will look at every chart, sometimes 3 times for a shot at a top 10 pick. After the gap of CSIQ,ESLR laid a hammer in sympathy
Fetcher[ set{tail_size,open - low} and set{head_size,high - close} and set{body_size,close - open} and show stocks where tail_size is more than 25% above body_size and tail_size is above head_size and close is above open and close is above 1 and draw median bollinger band(12) and volume is above 400000 and offset 5/13/2008]

and then gapped also.

Here's the finished product
Fetcher[gap is more than 5% and add column gap and close is above 1 and draw median bollinger band(12) and volume is above 400000 and offset 5/14/2008]

although not really looking for a gap but another green bar.
So MFM,what venue led you to these solars this week?

I've been doing this long enough to know that there are no good vermins in this game. I'm sure even god would have had second thought about these altruistic SOB's with self-serving ulterior motives. Be that as it may, WSG should understand that "in-ure-face" animosity doesn't always work, especially with these god's second-hand creatures. It's an exercises in futility.

Oh for chrissake you guys...I am away for a coupla months enjoying my central american holiday and return to the forum to find it has turned into something I could be reading in Yahoo!

WSG, I think everyone who has read half a post of M4M knows he is 90% bs, but most of us get a kick out of reading them anyway. This thread of yours, valiant as it may be, reads something a bit painful... Thanks for looking out for us but regardless of what his numbers are, I donīt need ya to tell me M4M is usually full of it. And certainly not with such a harsh attitude.

So, hopefully that is all over with and we can get back to discussing more important topics...like the fact a butterfly consists of neither butter nor a fly.

Discuss.

Strangely enough, butterflies were originally called Flutterbies, I much more appropriate name. Not sure why or when it changed.
