I need a horizontal line draw filter. One where a horizontal line is drawn on the chart at each price level ending (.00, .25, .50, 75 cents) using/based off the end of day/current closing price bar. If the closing price of a stock is 13.99 I would want the filter to draw a horizontal line on the chart at 13.75 and 13.00 because .99 cents is in between .75 and .00 cents, if another stock is trading at 66.13 I would want horizontal drawn at 66.00 and 66.25 because .13 cents is in between .00 and .25 cents, if another stock is trading at 44.31 I would want a horizontal line drawn at 44.25 and 44.50 because .31 cents is in between .25 and .50 cents, etc. etc. It all depends what the closing price is in cents that would determine which two horizontal lines will be drawn.
