I just (basically) trade 1 stock. SPF was chosen from the Run Forest Run filter. I've been trading it since 12/07 but it seems out of play right now, after their last earnings report.
Specifically with SPF, I use 2 methods:
1) 15 minute candles, go long when price goes above previous candle's midpoint. This is the first technique that TRO taught me.
2) 5 minute candles, when RSI(2) is very very low, maybe < 2, look for sideways action, buy at the bottom price on the sideways candles, wait on a .05 - .10 pop.
Don't trade it between 11:00 and 15:15.

yes i agree, SPF has lost it's swish and sway lately.
I've found CPSL RTK QTWW and LNG to be consistent as rangers with good volume.
RTK QTWW seem to be slower but steady in direction either north or south.
CPSL a bit more wild but tends to give 3% or more( sometimes much more ) either way when it turns.
LNG is in the middle of those but has quick bursts at times,both long and short/
What I also do is always look at those 4 in premarket , if I see volume with a trend either long or short I'm ready to jump it.
QTWW has made me very good profits this way of late.

TRO, SPF popped huge last week & then again today. I got neither of them!

LNG QTWW nice pops from red to green today.
Missed QTWW, which closed at hod
Got most of LNG run.

SPF another pop!
1% a day not compounded makes 250% in a year.
1% a day compounded makes 1000% in a year.
Let's not even talk about 2% compounded....LOL!!
