Today at 10:26 AM the DJI dropped 20 points in one(1) minute. Many stocks dropped significantly at that time also. Of course, I had no idea of what was going on and wanted to know if there was a news item causing this drastic move.
Other than just waiting to see what came next, I had no idea of where to go for any insight. Does anyone have a suggestion for a website that provides immediate market news?

It is a paid service which I have not used but have heard mentioned at trade shows.

tradethenews.com could be another choice.
But I think nowadays youŽll get a good market monitor youself if you start following macro, FX, treasury and bond traders on Twitter. Try to find someone who is quick and covers market moving news. If you find more than 100 users to follow, then you have more news than you need.
