That might be true in certain pockets of Florida. Where I live in Florida my home value still is in the dumps. But in Michigan they have a depression going on. Housing market there is horrible.

I did like the clips that were shown above. This is why we have a new political party taking over. Our nation wants change and we better get it in a positive way. The greed of our leaders has got to stop. Team thinking has to begin. Boycott sports games. Those players and owners have no right to earn the vast amounts of money they have been getting. Until the fans stop going to the games and stop watching it on tv they will continue to pilfer yours and my wallets. Lets bring their saleries more in logical perspective to how everyone else is paid working skilled jobs. The greed the owners, players and agents have shown is downright stupid. Why do I need to hear airline pilots, physcians, engineers and school teachers say they are sick and tired watching sports figures get paid these ridiculous sums of money. Then we look at the executives in our once great companies how they are pilfering their own companies as well, screwing their own workers out of jobs and benefits.

Remember the clip, We are mad as hell and we aren't going to take this any more!

This just in...

Boiled Down: Credit Bubble

Citizen Journalist a/k/a Blogger Karl Denninger has put together the best perspective on the credit debacle I've found so far. Worth reading when time permits...

After reading Denninger's piece, I must admit I was startled when I saw the following by-line:

For banks, what credit crunch?

It would seem this global situation is apparently not all-encompassing, but regionally selective, given the previous observations by fellow SF'ers above and the reportage from the Star Tribune in Minnesota. Hmmm...

The Bailout: Bush's Final Pillage

This commentary provides what would seem a partisan perspective of the whole mess. With that said, given the growing amount of conflicting information surfacing and mainstream media's potential for propaganda, I find some of the points made plausible...

GLTA...
