Intraday speaking...it should have been shorted. Please show us what we aren't seeing, that YOU are. BTW, I love what you have done with this thread! Many are benefiting greatly...myself included! 8/20/2008 12:36:52 PM Richard: Thanks for the weekly high filter you posted last weekend. I noticed GPD accumulating after a deep correction so a lot of weak hands got shaken out. I then look for divergence and saw it on the DTI1131 indicator. Sector is breaking out (my opinion). Opened and closed above BB(13) which was tested and held two days ago. Open above ema(34) now we are talking strength. Finally I look at my SM322 for a buy signal which I got. Now I have a high probability of making Beer money for the weekend. (o: - BTW...thanks for NBR...up over 4%...more beer money...maybe imported beer this time instead of the dugout water they sell here. - notice the high poking into the BB(40) when it opens in there load up.

Thanks for the analysis and I wish you best of luck in the position. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When I read the post about GDP, I thought the exact same thing. Except that I don’t see a strong shorting signal either. I believe the stock is going sideways with no strong pattern justifying long or short position. In any event, if you can post your analysis for that call, it would be great. Thanks |

As for "NBR?"...I cant take credit for that, because I had no interest in that stock...I just knew the "bleeding" was done...that's all. YOU found the entry...not me brother.
