Especially given its Italian operations, we believe the Company deserves a premium multiple on our forecasted 2011 earnings per fully-diluted share of $0.33. We therefore are initiating coverage of PPRW shares with a Buy rating, and a 12-month price target of $5.03 per share. Furthermore, we believe upside to our target and rating is possible, once the Company is successful in completing its planned financing.
