You are correct Mike, the trend remains intact until broken, as you can see it's still intact.

We have to wait and see what happens at the end of this month(next friday) to see if we are starting a new bull market

Just because markets go UP doesn't mean the Bear market is over.
I found a chart that showed what %%% the market went UP from 1929 - 1932.
It was A LOT. Yet the overall decline was approx. 89%.
If I can find the article, I'll post it. (and chetron can make it clickable .. LOL!)
(BTW .. IMHO, we've had a "soft-landing" because of stimulus packages. Obama bailed out Goldman Sachs, and Goldman Sachs bailed out Obama.)
