When was the last time you missed the ride to that huge gain you so often see on the charts like HANS or MNST (regardless of whether long or short)? Maybe it never even registered on ure radar or perhaps you've hesitated little too long in ure anxiety to obtain further confirmation. Share ure tales of missed and lost opportunities.

Monday, June 5, while waiting at the Portland airport, I use their free WiFi.

I notice the EURUSD had peaked in the short zone.

Had I shorted, $10,000 dollars worth, I would have made $40,000 while on vacation. But I talked myself out of the trade BECAUSE I was on vacation. Vacation means vacation, not trading.

This morning, I overslept and missed a 100 plus EURUSD run.

TRO,

For lack of better-sounding shibboleth, my motto is "been there and done that...yet again" LOL

Overslept again today...

Missed another EURUSD run.

Have to get back on my schedule or go back on vacation... Hmmmmmmm

These runs right at/after the 8:30 est economic news are great.

Just trade the middle and you don't miss!

P.S. I did NOT set my alarm clock!

Many times. I had PTSC on a watch list with an alarm set on IB for a break above ~$0.10.
When I got the alarm I decided not to risk any capitol on a company so close to bankruptcy.
The stock went to $2.25 in a little over a months time.

I also oversleep all the time missing great entries that sometimes I have waited weeks or longer to get into. Market opens here at 5:30 AM so getting up that early gets old very fast.

5:30 AM?

You slacker! LOL!!

I am usually up between 4:00 AM - 4:30 AM Arizona time - an hour before the economic news hits the wire. Have to get computers up and running, view reports, etc...
