No, it isnt below 0 at that point, but on the BigCharts on a 3 month chart you can see the fast line above the slow line and the MACD lines are below the 0 line, but the RSI 14 is above 50, the MACD slowly inches up and when it is in that range and the fast line is above the slow line and the MA9 is above the MA 18 and the RSI 14 is above 50(more around 70) , its ever so slightly rising(MACD) and the values above 0 are miniscule, its like someone is trying to sneak up on you!
Go to BigCharts, and look at some of them and you will see!
I can only see it on BigCharts, dont know why, just the way it is!
