I would venture a good way to trade a type of this strategy:

Take the TRO milk the cows.... which is fade the gap.

Right now SFUN fills the gap 87% of the time.. its around 75.00

so near the close buy 200 shares and then short 200 shares.. then go to bed... sell the winner and wait for the loser to fill...

it gaps more than a dollar 75% of the time so on 200 shares long and 200 shares short..

400 x 75 =30k to make $400 but remember its at almost no risk. so thats like a bit more than a 1% gain. So 75% of the 85% fills you get the full dollar bothways(65%)......lets estimate a conservative 50% win rate with a 1% payout so 10 days a month you make 1%.

so thats 10% a month right?
