How do I create a custom rate of change (ROC)?

Below is an example that creates a 15-day rate of change for the closing price:

set{ind_change, close - close 15 days ago}
set{ind_ratio, ind_change / close 15 days ago}
set{custom_roc, ind_ratio * 100.0}
show stocks where custom_roc is above 10.0
and add column custom_roc
and close is above 3.00
and average volume(30) is above 250000

Another example using an indicator and different time period:

set{ind_change, MA(200) - MA(200) 50 days ago}
set{ind_ratio, ind_change / MA(200) 50 days ago}
set{custom_roc, ind_ratio * 100.0}
show stocks where custom_roc is below -5.0
and add column custom_roc
and close is above 3.00
and average volume(30) is above 250000
