Not receiving daily emails?

Unfortunately, due to various mail server settings, it is not possible for us to guarantee that your daily filter and forum emails are delivered every day. Receiving mail servers and ISP's typically have their own bulk-mail and spam filters that are each configured differently. Additionally, individual mailboxes can identify and handle spam differently.

If you are are not receiving daily emails, below are some items to check:

  1. Make sure that the email you have in your StockFetcher account is correct.
  2. Verify that the messages are not in your SPAM or JUNK-MAIL folders.
  3. Temporarily change email addresses to see if the emails come through.
  4. Contact a representative at your ISP or mail-host and request they check on the emails.
