Could anyone shed some light as to how one would filter for expanding/increasing volume and expanding/increasing percent changes over a given intraday time period?

Price Example : If I wanted to filter stocks that have changed by a certain amount (say, between -2% and + 2%) over the past 5 minutes.

Volume Example: If I wanted to filter stocks where Relative Volume has changed by a certain amount (say, between -200% and + 200%) over the past 5 minutes.

The main issue I am having here is finding the proper phrase to filter for changes in for an indicator over an intraday period of time.

(By the way, does anyone know if the relative volume filter is intraday adjusted?

Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.
