Fetcher[ stocks are not otcbb average Volume(100) > 200000 stocks optionable stocks are not ETF close > 5 draw RSI(45) crossed above 50 draw RSI(45) line at value 60 draw RSI(45) reached new 5 days high and volume reached new 30 days high and draw Close-to-Open Gap below then 10 percent and draw ROC(90,20) and draw close crossed above DMA(90,-5) low reached new 60 days low within last 10 days ] Please advice Regards, L.A
