Buy and Sell when the DOW tells you to. Never buy into a negative looking DOW. Buy the positive trend. Set up your filter accordingly. Simple filter analogy would be to buy and sell according to the MACD crossovers. Use the KISS method and try not to over complicate it. Remember that old saying, "let the trend be your friend".
