All this assumes is that just because a stock drops, that it will bounce back up. Looking at the history, a dropping (bad) stock drops even more. "Bullish Match" is misleading.

I figured, lets be simple here, I'll do a search for stocks with all the Bullish matches. Sometimes they bounced back, but more often than not, they slid even more.
