Can anyone offer any advise on using the "crack spread" to go long/ short on refinery stocks? I f ound limited info on net. I am able to calculate the Crack Spread based on near term contracts for gasoline/heating oil/ crude but cant find any info on what is a high or low crack spread value. Any comments would be helpful.
