In today's mail:

New California Law Guarantees Bull Market

January 12th, 2005

Dear reader:

Today was an historic day. The State of California passed the largest solar energy policy ever enacted in the United States. It's an 11-year, $3.2 billion incentive program aimed at spurring installation of solar panels.

But get this. The solar industry can't even keep up with current demand. Now that California has passed this new measure, sales of solar panels and solar technology are about to go to the moon.

Shares of solar energy stocks went ballistic today, most reaching new all-time highs. And Jeff Siegel's Solar Window stock made a fresh 52-week high today as well, hitting $0.88 a share, for a gain of 144% in his Green Chip portfolio.

This stock has all of the makings of a big winner. Jeff thinks it'll reach between $2 and $3 a share this year. and then onto $5 in the next few years.

The renewable energy market is in the beginning phase of bull market. Don't sit on the sidelines. Take a minute to read Jeff's report on this solar window stock.
