I need a filter that will located stocks that touch EMA(60) Volume from above.

This is not the traditional EMA(60), if you look on stockcharts.com website and pull up a chart, it's the green line at the bottom of the chart near the volume.

use CEMA(INDICATOR, PERIOD)

add column cema(volume,60)

]



This works even though it may return zero stocks today.

MAY ALL YOUR FILLS BE COMPLETE.
