I am looking for a double bottom comparison for the red and green candle days

Thanks if anyone can tackle this filter

Looking for oversold-bounce stocks candidates
This should be helpful expecially if and when this market turns. So would like to refine it now...

Average Volume(90) is above 500000
and close is between 5 and 50
stock price has lost 5 to 25 percent in last 14 days
Stock price has a day trading range average of 5 to 15% of stock price in the last 3 days
RSI 14, 1 is below 30 (is increasing for 2 days)
Currently MACD is negative (below 0)
MACD has been increasing for 2 days
Currently Stochastics below 20 (both fast and slow)
RSI was above 60 in last 30 days
OBV has been decreasing for 4 days lag 2 and OBV has been increasing for 2 days

I dont know if this can be done is to have filter recognize
a red candle (down day) followed the next day by
an engulfing green candle (up day)
